Set in a desert atmosphere of Casino Del Sol, this amphitheater is a very nice venue for a concert or show. The offered beer, popcorn, hotdogs, etc. The place was clean and large enough so you weren't being crowded out by others. The only problem we had, we had 3rd row tickets but they let concert goers stand up in... More

I went to the AVA Amphitheater last weekend to see Alice Cooper, and my experience was absolutely incredible. Before going, I read many reviews of the venue online so I could get an idea of what to expect, and I was preparing myself for the worst... But I was blown away by how my experience did not align with any... More

We saw Sammy Hagar on Friday night at the Ava Amphitheater and I loved every minute of it! It was super easy to get into the Casino Del Sol parking and easy to park. A short walk to the gate and long but quick line for a 'beer bracelet' and we were done! Lines and waits were not too long... More

I have attended concerts at this venue many times and last night as well. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and there are two types of seats - under the pavillion wth an assigned seat and out on the lawn. By far, the pavillion seats are better - closer to the stage and more comfortable. They do not allow you... More

I have seen some amazing acts perform at the AVA Amphitheater in the last 12 years. Unfortunately they are not up to par when it comes to bands that are not multi-million dollar sell outs. The RockFest on October 23, 2015 was a bust. When I originally saw the billing on their website it read, Whitesnake, Loverboy and Nightranger. I... More

They keep this place clean. The facilities are plentiful. Parking is easy. Sight lines form seats and lawn are great. I've seen a few shows here and am always happy with the security, vendors, sound. Drinks are pricey but what can you do? Maybe win it back at the casino?

Security was a joke! While stopping people with cameras(THEIR WEBSITE SAID THEY WERE PERMITTED)miniscule pocket knives and bug spray, Smartphones ,DVD cameras went on through. Paid some serious money for VIP tickets, no merchandise as yet and once the show started nothing but peoples backs and the glare from phones! I don;t think I saw 10m minutes of the show,... More

I've been here many times coming down for shows from Phoenix because sometimes a show doesn't make it to my town, sometimes i prefer an outdoor venue (yes despite the heat) and sometimes because the pricing was so much better than in Phoenix like this show which was Peter Frampton, BB King, and Buddy Guy. The show was great, but... More

I purchased two Meet and Greet VIP tickets for this show for 710.00 dollars. While the performance of these two great bands was really good the VIP was NOT worth the money! My photo with ZZ Top was taken by a less than amateur photographer. My photo is barely in focus. There are people in the photo -OTHER than the... More

If the weather is good the lawn is a nice option- the stage isn't so far away that you won't be able to see anything. The last time I came we got VIP Box tickets which are pretty nice. The main issue with the box seating is that they are not tiered, so if you're not front row it can... More
