Although now dead, Mr. DeGrazia was raised in a mining town and his art work reflects Indian culture, Mexican American themes, horses, cattle, and the very familiar DeGraza angels,

We enjoyed strolling around the site. However good the subjects of the paintings, the art of DeGrazia was not to our taste. So we can only rate it as an average site for visiting.

We have never visited this gallery and we’ve driven by it numerous times. So, we decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. The first thing I noticed was the design of the building. It is unique in design. The inside had...More

The house is amazing. The sequence of rooms, building materials-even straw visible in the adobe walls and cactus wood in the stone floors-and marvelous sketches and paintings are well worth a visit. Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome in the gallery and grounds. Admission...More

See the work of (late) Ted DeGrazia in a scenic location in the desert. Apparently he built the place with the help of locals years ago, and it serves as a perfect backdrop for his iconic artwork. Seeing the gallery itself requires an entry fee,...More

Don't miss the free tour in this gallery displaying De Grazia's art in varied mediums. The buildings and patio and open air chapel are worth the stop.

The gallery is really cool. The shop has great items too. Worth a visit. I picked up some art work prints for 24.00 and a lot of gifts for my family for under 100.00.

Good museum to see the work of DeGrazia, but if you are limited at all or in a wheelchair, don't bother, you won't see much. Lots of little steps up and down throughout. Even with a walker, it was impossible and had to quit.More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! We always encourage our visitors with a wheelchair to start in reverse. That way you don't have to deal with any steps and it's a friendlier path all the way through the gallery....More

Set in the foothills of Tucson the Gallery is both historical and current. The gallery features changing shows of De Grazia's work.
