Seeing the craftsmanship of something this old puts a shame to modern architecture. It is an incredible and a site one must experience.

As soon as I land in Tucson we make a trip up to the Mission. Such beautiful architecture and peace there. We also visit the booths outside and highly recommend the Indian Tacos and the Indian Frybread. Portion is big enough for 2 and prices...More

Stopped at this mission on the way back to Phoenix. Beautiful church and they had mass going on in the afternoon (which you can't take pictures of). Interesting museum and of course a gift shop. Worth a stop if you're in Tucson.

Sounds like a Batman line. We have been coming here for years. The blend of history and devotion is remarkable. When we come here to pray, we buy our candles and follow the hall way to the candle area. Combine serenity with sacredness and you...More

I think it is definitely with a visit if you are in Tucson, but I tend to enjoy historical locations. The mission is beautiful and the craftsmanship is always amazing to me. I took my dad and boys, teen and preteen, there and they all...More

Reasonably. It is a church so that part is easy. Some of the grounds have gravel walkways. That's more difficult depending on ones infirmity.
