Spectacular views of Passamaquoddy Bay and the offshore islands. It is only a 10 minute drive from Lubec. There is a short 1 mile hike along the bluffs overlooking the coast. The State park is next door for additional hikes and activities.

The light house is easy to get to and there are trails to hike. The water views and the coastline are great for relaxing or just taking some pictures.

Easy hike along the coast and back via a peat bog. Beautiful, just like nature is. Even with fog it is very interesting.

This Lighthouse is typical of a true Maine lighthouse. It is not too hard to find and you pass a delicious Chocolate store on the way that's a must stop. It was foggy when we were there but it did not take away from the...More

Not on a routine basis, but there is a special open lighthouse day when that is possible and easily searched online. Nearby on Campobello Island in Canada is East Quoddy Light. You can walk to it only during low tide... More
