This was a charming store. We bought many treasures that were made by local artisans. Artwork, placemats, lobster Buoy with Lubec stamped on it- Made in Bangor by a machine that has been around for over 100 years. Lots of wonderful organic soaps, Christmas ornaments, books. Some things were not from Maine but were made in New England and we... More

Stopped in on a whim and it was delightful. So many interesting items to look at. Needless to say I found household items, a gorgeous piece of jewelry and a few other odds and ends. It sits right on the bay. The custom soaps and candles just smelled wonderful. I could have just sat down and stayed all afternoon. The... More

I placed an online order and my credit card was charged two days later. The order was for three pairs of jabebo earrings. I never received the order and my emails and phone calls went unanswered. I looked on facebook and it looked like the store had closed. Very disappointed!! I filed a claim with my bank to get my... More

What a pleasant surprise! This little 'hidden gem' is right on Water Street (the main street) in the little village of Lubec, ME. There is a wide assortment of unique, high quality gifts - an unexpected pleasure, so to speak. This is NOT your typical tourist trap; there is everything from handsome stationery to clever stuffed toys & pillows; beautiful... More

The shop is small but is loaded with lots of beautiful items. But it's set up in such a way that you're not terrified to walk through it! The owner is helpful and friendly. If you're looking for gifts from your trip, or for a hostess gift, or for something for yourself, you should be able to find it here!

Small, but check full of interesting jewelry, art, pottery, books, scarves, soaps, etc. a fabulous selection of handmade cards. Price points are good with beautiful work available at varied price ranges. Definitely the place to stop if your looking to bring home a small piece of Lubec. And, they're very dog friendly.
