A very extensive deli, great breads, nice meats, cheeses and olives from Italy, not too expensive. I brought a cooler full of food back to my state.

We have patronized this establishment for many years. Their prepared foods and homemade sausage are delicious. We have also had lunch at the little cafe tucked away in a corner. My review is really for the outdoor dining venue. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (not sure about Sundays) there is live entertainment in De Pasquale Square. There were 5 of... More

It's a huge, old-fashioned deli and food market, where you can get all kinds of cold cuts, cheeses, prepared foods, breads, and much more -- homemade pasta, too. Ask for samples of things you're considering buying. Buy a coffee maker, too, or kitchen items. Sit at a table and enjoy the food you just bought.

I LOVE this place! Another reviewer described it as being a deli & food market that's like a candy store for adults. That's spot on! I drive down from Boston once a month to make my purchases and bask in the environment. I can't rave enough about the knowledgeable and accommodating staff that is only surpassed in superlatives by the... More

Amazing selection of meats and cheeses. Prepared foods and home made pastas abound. The selection of food items will make you dizzy. Sandwiches are also made to order. Take home a little bit if Italy.

If you're in Providence, you need to visit Venda. The best combination of deli and market that I've seen in RI. Whether it be the vast cheese or meat selection, there's something for everyone. There's even some neat little gifts for a cook you may know. There's a few tables with quick service food inside and some outside as well.... More

Sitting outside in the square in Federal Hill enjoying a great Italian meal. Food and service was excellent, and you can't beat the atmosphere. Also very affordable

This is by far some of the best Italian we've had! Watching all the people is very interesting as well! Nice to see people dressed nicely as well! Like buying my olive oil here and the I could go on for ever!

My husband, a little reluctant to do a little browsing/shopping, decided to be the dutiful husband and follow me into this enticing Italian market. Yes, some of the items can be purchased in your favorite grocery store, but the deli, cheeses selection, prepared meals are truly eye candy! Had a little something to eat while there and brought home cheese... More
