Something different to do in this parched high desert. Took my neighbors kids fishing. They didn't catch anything but it was a nice fishing trip just the same.

My family and I absolutely love this little outdoor haven. This park has several connected ponds, filled with aquatic and avian life. You can take a nice stroll along each shore, or even catch a spot and fish a bit.

Terrific park with a wide variety of water fowl, we had a great time feeding them all. There are several nice sculptures in the park and a walking trail. The landscaping is well maintained and attractive. Very pleasant and relaxing park.

Tingley Beach is located very close to Old Town Albuquerque and gave me a chance to see the Rio Grande River "up close and personal." This is a neighborhood park, with a duck pond and a place for fishing, as well as a viewing area for the Rio Grande River. When I visited in mid-October, the river was low, and... More

A manmade beach, no swimming allowed and not really a beach. The locals hang out here to feed the ducks. There is a short walkway where you can get a good view of the Rio Grande. Not much else here for tourists but worth spending a few minutes for the view.

The children were actually of the 4-footed variety. It was a lovely walk in the shade, accompanied by Canada geese and the drumming of woodpeckers.

We have been to this beach a few times in the past. Most recently, we went fishing. It was a really nice place to be early in the morning. My son really liked the ducks and birds that are always there. We always bring bread to feed to the birds. My only problem with the beach was that the bird... More

Tingle Beach has come along way up! Its been redone and quit well. You can fish, paddle boat or play with your model boat. There is a snack bar. Its a great day out for the family and if just the kids are fishing its free.
