Nice outdoor activity site

Outstanding free fishing opportunities within a large metropolitan city. Excellent opportunities for catch and release fishing and catch and cook fishing. Great space for model boaters and duck feeders. Superior pool for young fisherpersons.

A interesting place to visit. A popular fishing spot in the City of Albuquerque. The location is not in the best part of town.

VERY fun for those who like to sit by the water (not a real beach) and watch ducks/geese/pigeons/etc! They will come right up to your car, walk around you, and "squak"! Don't forget your camera!

Tingley Beach is really a very nice place to spend a day outdoors with Family. We've gone fishing in the early summer and had a lot of fun. Some mornings the hot air balloons would be floating over the little lakes. It's peaceful and relaxing. There is a small snack bar on site. The availability of little pedal boat rental... More

Something different to do in this parched high desert. Took my neighbors kids fishing. They didn't catch anything but it was a nice fishing trip just the same.

My family and I absolutely love this little outdoor haven. This park has several connected ponds, filled with aquatic and avian life. You can take a nice stroll along each shore, or even catch a spot and fish a bit.

Terrific park with a wide variety of water fowl, we had a great time feeding them all. There are several nice sculptures in the park and a walking trail. The landscaping is well maintained and attractive. Very pleasant and relaxing park.

Tingley Beach is located very close to Old Town Albuquerque and gave me a chance to see the Rio Grande River "up close and personal." This is a neighborhood park, with a duck pond and a place for fishing, as well as a viewing area for the Rio Grande River. When I visited in mid-October, the river was low, and... More

A manmade beach, no swimming allowed and not really a beach. The locals hang out here to feed the ducks. There is a short walkway where you can get a good view of the Rio Grande. Not much else here for tourists but worth spending a few minutes for the view.
