The location is surrounded by houses and buildings. It's such a small wood because the grond area of the park is a bit up and down and not really well maintained. There's a lot of green in the park and a small creek in the...More

This park is heavily wooded. I saw only homeless people at each entrance to the park. It was frightening. I drove around the entire park but did not dare get out of my vehicle.

We saw great birds here but there are many homeless people in the park and drug users don't go in there in the evening and don't go alone stay in lit areas

The park is very small. It was very dark and dense. There were homeless people sleeping in the walkways. We didn't stay long.

Terrible place to visit, walkways are bad, a lot of slip, trip and falls. Transits hang around, some asking for change, dirty stream passing thru the park, and a very Threating atmosphere.

Birdwatchers' Paradise! A beautiful island of peacefulness in the heart of Corpus Christi. Easy to get to but have to look for it or it will be missed. Always lots of veteran birders around to help the novice enjoy the beauty that lies before him.
