I love going through the ship seeing dining facilities, dentist office, sick bay sleeping quarters and the flight deck They have mulitple simulators and a well priced gift shop and cafe. Good visit,i was here on business staying at the omni which was close by so I took advandage of the opportunity to see a WWII piece of history.

This is a great exhibit for people of all ages. Informative and educational!! Self paced tours are great and there is always somebody near by to answer any question you have. My husband loved it up close to all the planes!! History buffs are sure to love.

We spent 4 hours touring the USS Lexington. Our boys, who are 11 and 16, loved it as much as we did. I highly recommend you see this retired aircraft carrier at least once! We learned so much and got some great pictures. Be prepared though-there is a lot of climbing up and down steep stairs (which are really ladders),... More

Wonderful night on the Lexington. Catered dinner, big band and great service. Tour of the planes was fascinating and the gift shop had plenty of stuff to choose from.

My dad was on this ship in 1974, so we decided to suprise him with a visit! He loved it and the staff was so nice and eager to assist with whatever you need! I would definitely recommend this to everyone! I learned sooo much and the boy on my dad's face was priceless!

So much to see - allow for at least a few hours. Amazing how they have added the mannequin to make it so real like.

Very interesting, we enjoyed it, worth a trip if you are in the area. Great to see so many airplanes on the ship as well. Fun for everyone.

Visiting this ship was a real treat. It was decked out in red, white, and blue bunting. Great guides were very knowledgeable. The views of Corpus Christi Bay, the city, and Mustang Island were breath taking.

If you are a military/history buff then you'll love this! Self-guided tours are very interesting, hard-hat tours are the best (make reservations in advance). Be prepared for tight spaces and lots of somewhat steep stairways.
