wide variety of unusual beers

busy bar with food. very like a normal US mid west bar, not so trendy or chic as those in NYC or SFO, but fine for an afternoon

I had both the fried pickles and the loaded mac and cheese. They were both AMAZING! The pickles were panco breaded and came with a house sauce. The loaded mac and cheese was excellent though I had them hold the peppers. The serving of Mac and cheese was enormous, easily enough for 2 people. The beer at wasatch was amazing... More

When traveling through Utah be prepared that any draft beer will be 4% beer. We tried 3 Wasatch beers (taster is about 1oz and will cost you $1) and all three were "drinkable" and unexceptional. The food was average at best. The chicken BLT&A surprisingly had no flavor. Their specialty buffalo chili tasted like canned chili. The tater tots we... More

We've been in the Salt Lake area for almost a week now, and stopped here yesterday to have lunch. The interior space has a very likeable "industrial" look to it with exposed ductwork in the 15 foot high ceiling along with a lot of exposed structure steel elements with various materials worked in between. The ceiling has sound-proofing tiles, so... More

Here now. The food is what we all expect when we go out to eat. Perfectly done, very good. 4 omelet sausage/cheese, hash brns, pancakes. Exc all. Pancakes were perrrrrrfect. If you luke pancakes, this is where to go. Extra butter? Np. Lots they give. We split beakfast and it was more than enough for a hearty eater and me,... More

Excellent eats, great service. Lines get long at prime time but you might find a quick seat at the bar.

Easy place to get seated. They have large variety of beer on tap, they even offer a small glass to help in selection. The food was average, the beer is the draw.

We had a great experience at this location. Our waiter, Gabe, was pretty awesome. I enjoyed the Pub steak while my husband had the ABCLT&S sandwich. Both were good. We shared the brownie and it was very delicious. Our favorite Wasatch beer is the Jalepeno cream ale, it goes very well with the nachos!

I have now been to Wasatch Brewery several times. I love buffalo, and they have a buffalo burger. Unfortunately, there is not a chef there that knows what "medium rare" means because it always comes out "well." The time before this last time, I sent it back and finally got what I wanted. However, we were still charged full price.... More

Know that the beer on tap is 3.2 alc/vol while the bottled versions are much higher. Good food, plenty of seating. Great beer.
