Went here on my first day in SLC. I entered at what appears to be a former railway station. It was really beautiful but empty. I did not see any signs directing where to go from there and almost left to return to my hotel....More

This is a large open air and enclosed shopping center with over 70 shops. We needed some mobile stuff and SD cards and we shopped around and got what we wanted here. Pleasant shopping area with several restaurants.

This was a shopping center built for and in honor of the 2002 Winter Olympics that were held in Salt Lake City. In terms of shopping, it is a veritable ghost town, with most of the shops left empty. However, there is a Barnes &...More

It's an outdoor mall with plenty of shops and eateries. Great splash pad for for kids to play in and parents to rest around. Nothing special, as they are all stores you would find in any mall.

There are nice shops at the Gateway. The entries are varied and enjoyable catering to different tastes. Outdoor seating is very inviting and artful.

We went to the Gateway; they have a movie theater there and some stores, but like malls in America its not as good as it used to be. Clark Planetarium is nearby.

A lot of the shops were closed down now that the City Center shopping Mall is open but I still think it has it's charm and would really recommend that they try to get some discount shopping stores to anchor the empty spaces with a...More

The Gateway was unique for Salt Lake City in its origins. The hundred or so outdoor shops, restaurants, and museums, were linked by walkways that made it quite attractive. However, when the nearby City Creek opened, with lower rents for the vendors and a more...More
