My husband and I were able to tour the LDS Conference Center and it was very beautiful. Loved seeing all the artwork and being able to observe the magnitude of the building. Seriously so much bigger in person!

The Conference center has an amazing acoustics. We brought a friend from Denmark who never heard the Mormon Tabernacle Choir before, yet it was a treat for all of us. Although we came early as noted on the tickets, we ended up in a huge line and ultimately our seats were given away. Therefore make sure you are early for... More

Right next to Temple Square, they do have 'tours', in that they will walk you through the building. There wasn't any attempt to convert us, which was nice. It's an amazing building, with a 4 acre roof top garden and incredible waterfall. The paintings are amazing. It's a real architectural master piece!

Tours of the LDS Conference Center are great. The building is massive and you learn a lot about how it was built, what it's used for, etc. The rooftop garden walk is fun and provides great views of the city. Also there are often great art exhibitions in the Conference Center. Check the website to see what is current.

This building is an amazing feat of architecture and impressive illustration of blending form and function. The gardens on the roof and a pleasant place to take in some beautiful views of Salt Lake City. We missed them on this visit, but the Tabernacle Choir apparently provides free weekly concerts.

Once you get in to the main hall guided tours are offered at no costs by volunteering mormoms. We had a 45 minutes tour, but you decide how long the tour will be. A great chance to hear about the church and mormons and to get a look inside one of the richest religions in the world.

This is a beautiful conference center and allows visitors. Anyone can go into the center and have a guided tour. It is unlike almost any other large visitor center in the country. It is neat and clean and has beautiful art pieces worth millions.

of all the places around temple square this is the one place where the tour guides my be a little grumpy. its mostly staffed by old people who are serving lds missions. they dont like for you to just walk in and use the restrooms. they will let you, but also let you know they are put out about it.... If you have time, you can take a free tour of the center which takes about 45 minutes. If short on time, you can let them know and they can do it quicker. It is also possible to just go to the rooftop to see the gardens and views of Salt Lake, which are very nice. Just ask at the... More
