It’s a nice waterfall for a smaller one. It’s all relative to what you’ve seen before. If you’ve been to Iguazu Falls this is rather plain. If you’ve never seen a waterfall you’ll love it.

I miss the chiva that used to take you up to the trailhead for $2. It's going to cost you $6 each way now but that's progress...... Last time my wife and I visited we only walked to the Cascada Nambilla. This time we took...More

We had a great time on a clear day in April (with kids 10-14). We took a cab to the entrance but could have walked from town (would probably take about 30 minutes but is all uphill). The cab driver will return if you ask...bank...More

The waterfalls here a breathtaking! When we went it was not very busy, which made it very magical to be alone in the forest together. It is quite a hike, I would give around 4-5 hours to see everything and bring snacks/water. You can make...More

The hike down to the falls was not too long (maybe an hour or so? with lots of stops for pictures). Even though it was kind of rainy the day we went, you could still see a lot of beautiful landscapes, rolling hills, and lush...More

We enjoyed the cable ride over the cloud forest which took us to our starting point. We enjoyed walking in the jungle in search for waterfalls. It can get steep and muddy at times. I would bring a light rain jacket and water. There is...More

A lovely walk in nature with beautiful cascades. Worth a visit if you are in Mindo. Take a thin rain coat.

I had the most beautiful day here trekking the forest and selection of waterfalls. The first trek takes one hour but its the most quiet of all the waterfalls so its a must visit. The other waterfalls are closer together and can get a little...More

I may be a bit jaded, but this was a disappointment. It is an average waterfall with a fair amount of clutter around it. Add in a long downhill/uphill hike and I am not sure it is worth the effort.

Extremely beautiful hiking trails with 5 amazing waterfalls. We hiked to each, and all were different, and worth the time and energy. Highly recommend this! Wear hiking shoes, Bring a bathing suit and have a great time!

Yes, there is a path. A little hidden and the people selling the tickets for the Tarabita are not eager to point it out. Instead of walking Right to the ticket office, look LEFT and the path is just along the edge of a... More
