Wailea beach is a nice fairly safe beach. People wade far out into the waves to coast back on inner tubes or bodyboards or just float in. Many people have lounge chairs and umbrellas. The sand is really nice. Nearby our grant hotels, with many different types of restaurants and little beach bars.

This is one of the best beaches we have ever been to. The Wailea trail runs north and south for miles. The waves and body surfing in the afternoons are great. You can even sneak sunscreen from the Grand Wailea or Four Seasons if you need to reapply.

It's a beach. And it's in Maui. And it's in Wailea. You can't lose. You can get a lounge and umbrella, or just use your resort towels. Wasn't too crowded, but we went around three o'clock. I can't speak for high times.

There is a reason why you see stars vacationing here! This is a great beach, and the snorkeling on the points of either end is glorious. It's better than Molokini!

This was our go to beach while staying near Wailea. When shore break was too much on Big/Little beach, headed back to Wailea. Easy public parking (once you know the entrance sign). Sunset was beautiful. Relaxing shoreline walkway.

brought a lawn chair and enjoyed a cold beer while watching the sun set near Wailea beach. Splashed in the ocean too. Life doesn't get much better than this.

We stayed at the Andaz - great hotel, perfect location, and you can go for long beach walks and discover nature, or bars. We like both.

Conveniently located with free parking and restrooms, this little beach is between the Grand Wailea and Four Season Resorts. The waves aren't as rough so it's a good place for kids.

Great for swimming and kids. Some waves depending on the weather. No issues with sea weed or other unpleasant things.
