This beach is clean, with awesome white sand. It's also away from the busy part of Maui, so a nice relaxing beach that is of high quality. We highly recommend going to this beach.

Multiple surf locations in this area. Also multiple surf shops offering surfing lessons and rentals. Rentals were actually very affordable. Just a word of warning though, the waves are not good typically in the afternoon. The wind comes up and surfing' not as good. If...More

From the Hotel Wailea you get the shuttle down to near the beach and walk the rest of the way. There are attends there who get you beach beds, sun umbrellas and towels. It is more crowded than one would like as more than one...More

Great beach for all. I boogie boarded for the first time and I am deathly scared of the ocean. Nice and shallow and calm most of the time. Does get windy and rough in the afternoon. If staying at one of the resorts they offer...More

Lovely beach and good snorkelling in the mornings before the wind picks up around midday . Can walk the pathway along the coast which is very picturesque. Nice and quiet , great location .

Good little beach that is pretty much used by the resort. There is enough parking for others to enjoy it as well. Close to shops at Wailea. Suitable for all ages.

Beautiful, clean, great view. Beach does get crowded. Get to beach early if you want front row. Glad for umbrellas!

This beach is located among some very high end hotels and condos. Parts of the beach appeared to be reserved for the patrons of these hotels/condos as many lounge chairs with towels and umbrellas were set out. It was a fairly crowded beach.but well maintained.

There is shopping within walking distance at the Shops of Wailea. You can have lunch and wander about.

You can always go get in your car and drive to Makawao which is a cool little town that is "upcountry"...or you can just walk next door to the hotel and shop at the mall.
