Fantastic Tour. The team at the desk were helpful, polite, and overall happy. Our guide was Kruz. As a native he knew so much about the island, the water, and all the sea life. The equipment was in good shape, Kruz took the time to explain fitting the masks and fins properly and helping us launch into the surf. Both guides took extra time with the two in our group who were a bit apprehensive about the tour, making them feel comfortable in the water and in the kayaks. He was great in the water showing us turtles swimming by and found an octopus in the rocks below. We went out to clear deep water to jump in and hear the whales under water. So awesome! I would recommend this tour and I will take the tour again.

Horrible experience. This place was at the Weilea Marriott ( although run by a different company). The people who worked here were rude, unhelpful and disorganized. They didn’t help on the beach with getting in and out of the Kayaks. I had an accident while I was here. No one helped us to launch a kayak. We tried to do it ourselves but the waves were to strong and my husband lost his grip on the boat and it hit my legs( I have terrible bruises to show for it). We then tried to launch again, I managed to get in the boat but a wave took me back into shore, I capsized got dragged under the boat, hit my head and almost drowned. My husband tried to report it too the people at the shack but they said that they didn’t have an accident report sheet . They weren’t bothered about my accident or even concerned themselves with my well being. We weren’t given a receipt for the 400 dollars we spend and weren’t even shown a waiver or even sign one. We reported it too Marriott ( even though it wasn’t there responsibility). I heard another women who had the same problem who was covered in bad bruises talk about an accident she had at the same spot. They followed up and took an accident report. The beach isn’t manned with helpers to help with the equipment. There isn’t a roped off spot for launching boats/ paddle boards, so there were families and little kids in the sea amongst the people in boats. This place is badly run, staff who are rude and not trained. This place is an accident waiting to happen. Do not book anything here. I am disgusted with this place.

This is the vendor at the Marriott Wailea Beach. I booked two tours. Snorkel tour was over-booked so I had to wait for the next one to start. I was sold a Standup paddleboard tour that didn’t exist when I showed up in the morning. I debated with the desk person who insisted that I show her my credit card receipt. Very unprofessional considering that she found my reservation after making me go back to my room to get receipt. They gave me a refund instead of honoring the tour they sold me. It was my last morning in Maui so I had no other options.
