Interesting part of city, a bit far from center, but I took the taxi (I saw public buses going in that direction as well). It is possible to have a cocktail in the restaurant over there

We stayed in this part of Cienfuegos and I was so glad we had. It is quiet and peaceful with access to a small beach from the park at the tip of the point. Plenty of taxis and bicis if you want transport to town...More

Nice area for a walk. Nice renovated buildings (especially the Old Wood houses). Nice place to have a coffee is the Club Cienfuegos.

This is a long walk from the city center, this is worth the walk in the evening. There are many locals in this area in the evening and very friendly

Walkable from the centre of town. This a great bay with lovely views. Recommend watching the sun go down and then walking to one of the restaurants on the main road near the harbour.

This area of Cienfuegos is where many former mansions stand and was the playground of the aristocrats of long ago. Here you find many good restaurants villas and residences. It is a great place to stroll and explore.

We loved the evening walks after our dinner. The place has many locals here enjoying their fresh air and free evening time. There are many places for coffes and drinks.

A place you can stay, eat, relax and take in views. From the main centre of Cienfuegos is about a 45-60 minute walk down the Malecon to Punta Gorda. It's a nice walk by some impressive buildings. The park area is worth visiting in particular...More

I say yes but it also needs to fit into what ever else you are planning on doing in Cuba. Cienfuegos is a unique city since it was actually begun by French planters who fled from Haiti in the slave revolt. The architecture... More
