I enjoyed visiting this beach and look forward to coming back one day. Nearby restaurants were very good and can rent a surf board at surf shop on site. When the beach had good waves teachers were on site to schedule a lesson. Several trees within beach for some needed shade.

What's so great about this beach is that you can control how calm or wild of a surf you get by how far you go behind the natural barrier. You can go from completely calm to big surf waves in the range of thousand feet. Nice snorkeling and surfing nearby as well. I would avoid on Saturdays and Sundays unless... More

The sand here was really cool. It was almost just like crushed up, smoothed out shells. It was a little rough to walk on but so different. Further up the beach there are some really cool rock formations as well. We found pictures online and this is basically what we can to the beach for, and it was worth it... More

Not sure what they call this huge lava rock formation where the waves come crashing in and make fantastic displays. I think some have said Jacintos Poso. Whatever it is called it is an awesome must see sight. When the large swells slam into this massive rock formation they explode upward and outward like a fireworks display. Caution is advised... I spent the day at Jobos Beach but the beach area is fairly small. It goes a long way but it's only maybe 15 feet-20 feet wide. It was faily crowded but still enjoyable. I did however prefer Montones Beach which is right next door. I also like the fact that Jobos Beach has a restaurant accessible right from the... More

Very little parking like most Puerto Rico beaches. Not one of the cleaner beaches either. There were a few surfers there. I would it was more of a beach for the locals.

The water on this beach is clear! We had a great time snorkeling in the shallow water, and others in our group took surf lessons from a local surf company right on the beach. There is a strong undertow, so be careful with young kids that may get pushed out further than intended while snorkeling or swimming. We had 2... More

What a great beach with awesome waves and vistas. The waves break against the rocks and the up spray is truly amazing. Lots of surfers and folks swimming in the ocean, but I understand the undercurrents can be dangerous if one is not careful.. There are also a lot of small places to get food and drinks, so that makes... More

Needs secure parking space. Its a nice beach to go during the week cause it is not too crowded. Surfers enjoy it.

This is the famous beach in Isabela. Good restaurants close. Nice place to go. The water current can be dangerous tho. A lot of people have drown over the years. Still a good spot
