After seeing this artist at work on the TV productions of the building of Mt. Rushmore - the historical center was very well done and a tribute to the man and his vision(s).

Very well audio narrated tour thru the life of the sculptor and how Mount Rushmore came to be. The displays, sculptures and facts gives an insight into the sculptors life and how this monument came to be.

We stopped in after visiting Mt Rushmore not expecting much and were pleasantly surprised. Many of Borglums works were on display. They also had benches we could sit on while listening to our audio tours which was helpful as we walked most of the day....More

This is a privately owned Centre in Keystone and could do with a bit of a make-over. That said however, we found the information on Gutson's life history and the story of his carving the Rushmore Memorial very informative and glad we visited here before...More

Good place to learn about the man who carved the faces of the presidents into mountainside. Very nice displays. Incredible story about the sculpture and his family.
