This tiny place was set up choppily, uninforming, old and unkempt. The staff were not helpful in answering questions or even figuring out how much to charge us.

I am so glad that we took the time to tour this exhibit. It provided fascinating information on the brilliant sculptor responsible for Mount Rushmore. I strongly recommend that anyone planning to see Mount Rushmore should come here also.

Outstanding information. Very limited hours of operation. Fun to have picture taken with an impressive statute of Abraham Lincoln sitting next to you.

The problem-solving engineering that went into sculpting Mt. Rushmore had to all be developed on the fly. This center describes in great detail how it all came about.

Very informative museum- more (obviously!) about the man than the Monument, as he was quite a prolific sculptor. There is an entrance fee ($25 for 2 seniors and 1 Kid), but includes the audio tour. Good part of the audio tour is that you can...More

Took a group of senior adults. The museum could use an update itself, but overall the artifacts, pieces of sculpture and history of the man that sculpted Mount Rushmore is well worth the small price of touring this museum. Mr. Borglum was an extremely diverse...More
