Gorgeous park with well maintained trails. Could use better maps and markers clarifying the terrain (paved, rocky, dirt etc.) Beautiful Fall foliage. Will return!

Nothing much going on here in late Nov---especially because the County is doing a lot of work, I assume to improve the place for summertime when the park blossoms. Stay in Jockey Hollow National Park for now.

What a wonderful gem in Morristown. There are so many trails to walk , run and bike ride The historic buildings from the Jockey Hollow side are a must see. Watch out for bears! The Morristown side has a lake where you can swim. Areas to barbeque. A great place to go and picnic.

Sun rise lake in Lewis Morris park is not the. Best lake to swim in. After heavy rains the lake gets polluted.. Camps are there so some rough housing goes on. The life guards look like they are 15 hope they know what they are doing.

This park served as the venue for a gathering of several friends with respective families, with young children. Some picnic areas are reservable but we found a picnic table without needing one. It came with nearby bbq grill. There was a playground within walking distance. I personally saw to the BBQ grilling. The grill worked fine. I also brought my... More

It is a very peaceful option for a long walk if you have an energetic dog. The area around the lake is especially nice and not as crowded as you would think it would be for such a nice park. The dog park area is good - much more spacious than other dog parks in the area.

Had a great time. Kids love the lake and the Wibit obstacle course. Some even went on the paddle boats. Would definitely go back again!

A great park for anything you like to do outdoors in one place. Lewis Morris has a lot of trails for hiking, biking & walking. Some historical sites, lakes and picnic areas as well. We've even had company picnics and family parties here.

Thank Regina D
