Although there isn't much to see inside this castle, it is a lovely place to stay if passing through. We stopped here for the night while in route to Olite and Spain's northern wine country. The customer service was spot on. The rooms offered the...More

Siguenza is small. If you are up by the castle it is worth looking in the courtyard of the now hotel that was once the castle. Nothing fantastic, but worth a look.

Was a little too wet to really enjoy views but well worth the walk up from the village. You are allowed in the hotel for coffee drinks lunch etc. All very nice.

I stayed in Sigüenza’s parador for a business seminar during three days. Sigüenza is a small typical countryside town in the hills about 90 minutes a drive from Barajas airport. Sigüenza and the castle felt like walking through a medieval movie set or being thrown...More

You can see this hotel from miles away. It is a wonderful castle on top of a hill above a medieval town. Plenty of free parking and at its best when the day tourists have gone. Impressive entrance and reception. You find your room by...More

V. Cute town on the outskirts of Madrid and a nice area to go for a long walk or calming break from the city.

A great atmospheric castle standing on a hill overlooking everything around it you get a great feeling of the history with the building decorated with tapestries, suits of armour etc.
