This is a must for anyone who loves National Parks or the history of this country and the indigenous people. Excellent visitor center, terrific ranger led tours and simply amazing scenery.

The drive into this park is worth the visit. You arrive on a high Mesa with a view of the entire valley. It makes it easy to imagine why people came to live here so long ago. Make sure to stop at Far View Sites...More

What a great place. These cliff dwellings are really amazing situated under the cliffs giving great shelter to these long ago people. The structures show a clever people. Great views. Also pit houses used by Stone Age people. Plenty toilet facilities

We stayed at the hotel in the park. Bought the history with extra credit package. That will save you a few dollars in tbe end. Ate at the cafe in the park and at the lounge at the hotel. Those prices were decent. Great view...More
