The area has great potential to be really pretty BUT is far from it. The area is covered in seagulls waste. Lots of structures are in need of restoration and or a fresh coat of paint. The “Ayuntamiento “. Should make and effort with all...More

Take your camera and you will be well blessed with some great opportunities for getting snap happy. Restaurant food is overpriced - they seem largely empty, bar local drinkers - and why would anyone want to pay €35 for paella? I am giving 5* for...More

Driving in from the West involves going down a very narrow two way street which you would not want to have to drive back up. Luckily there is another road past the port which is much easier. The Town itself is pretty run down and...More

Like most people who visit I was very disappointed. The village is nice for a quick photo and that's about it. Restaurants are overpriced and pretty much the same. It wasn't what we expected at all. One good photo is really quite misleading.

The tourist books make this out to be a fantastic little village but I was disappointed with it. Yes it does look cute overall because it is nestled in a narrow valley. But it seems the main point of interest is in the mass of...More

Another example of a very tiny place that is getting loved to death. I am happy I went, but I'd like to visit with about 70% less people. I am not sure about the negative comments about the place being in poor repair, etc. In...More

While driving through you can imagine the place to be in the past. Now the village is in bad conditions, houses to be renovated and lot for sale (for low prices) Some nice bars and restaurants available

We visited here on the recommendation of a friend - I was surprised by how busy it was in comparison to other places we'd visited that morning on our drive along the coast-although they all seemed to be Spanish tourists and a couple of French....More

We walked down to the village after a lengthy lunch at la meson el carbayo. It was a nice descent but very steep passing through narrow passages through the outskirts of the village. We came out in the main square which is just an enormous...More

Amazing fishermen town with Cristal clear waters in a sunny day in June. There is a viewing point of the cliff from where to admire the stunning coast line.
