The home of the Atlanta Shakespeare Company, the Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse on Peachtree Street has an enchanting history and a prime location in downtown Atlanta. We are a professional theatre with food and drinks available before each performance (and don't forget the apple crisp at intermission!)

We frequently visit the tavern for dinner and show. Food is always great. There are always gluten free options. We love the cast and the atmosphere. This is one of our favorite ways to spend an evening.

Yes, we recommend buying tickets in advance. Shows do sell out from time to time.
