If you like to walk, stroll, jog, bike or read a book laying on your stomach on the grass, while birds and squirrels keep you company, this is the place. Well, for me personally that means "not summer". Atlanta can be hot and humid as...More

Piedmont Park has something for everyone: great bike paths, walking trails, swimming pools, the Botanical Gardens, dogs parks, restaurants (Park Tavern), and if you're around longer than three days there's sure to be a festival or some other special event. It's the best!

Son took us to the park while visiting him in Atlanta. Lots of runners, bikers, folks playing soccer, flying kites, walking and just enjoying their day!

A large park with open greens and seating by the lake. A nice place for a wander or sit and read. There is parking and a restaurant at one corner.
