This was the first European castle for me to visit. It was small but had plenty of interesting exhibits. I arrived on a rainy day and had the castle pretty much to myself. I enjoyed looking at the different displays and historic artifacts.

The museum is an eclectic mix of history, some art, some stuffed wildlife, WWII history, industrial history of the region, an outdoor area, artifacts. It's fun and interesting and has wonderful views. Fun for kids as well. They also have a gallery with rotating exhibits.
