Staying in the area and went up to old town a couple of times. Glad we did. The lady who showed us round was excellent and her English was great, she obviously knew her stuff and helped bring it all to life. Lot smaller than...More

Not a large cathedral as you might expect, small, hidden a bit even, but located magnificently in the old part of the town. You can see the ocean, feel the hard wind and go inside to discover a place of silence. You can feel it...More

The church is very interesting and the staff was well prepared in explaining the history and stories of the place. The museum in the cripts, tombs has some beautiful and important pieces of art and the museum keeper was eager to tell us their stories!!

The cathedral is in a magnificent spot with wonderful views. There are many steps around and to the church but well worth the effort. It is simply beautiful inside.

We ventured into the cathedral and a mass commenced soon after, it was a lovely experience and I did remember some of the Latin service from many years ago. Definitely a must to see when visiting Castelsardo.

Well, it sets so firmly into the environment around it. Inside, it is very nice, full of white stone that does not make it feel dark.
