The steps down to this cathedral allow you to see the magnificent location. Gorgeous building and very interesting interior.

The church is very interesting and the staff was well prepared in explaining the history and stories of the place. The museum in the cripts, tombs has some beautiful and important pieces of art and the museum keeper was eager to tell us their stories!!

The cathedral is in a magnificent spot with wonderful views. There are many steps around and to the church but well worth the effort. It is simply beautiful inside.

We ventured into the cathedral and a mass commenced soon after, it was a lovely experience and I did remember some of the Latin service from many years ago. Definitely a must to see when visiting Castelsardo.

Well, it sets so firmly into the environment around it. Inside, it is very nice, full of white stone that does not make it feel dark.

This Cathedral stains on the remains of a romanesque church and it was consecrated in 1503. The hypogemus were used as tombs and the painting from the altar dates from 15th century. There are some ornaments made from pure gold. Also the crypt has a...More

Nice walk in the narrow streets around the main hill. Better leave the car down and walk up the stairs to the top of the hill where from a fortress-like construction you can overlook the town, it's port, and the coast on both sides, During...More
