Welcome to Harvard Square Each year, over 8 million men, women and children visit Harvard Square. Visitors come for a variety of reasons; this is a place of history, of books, of ideas, and of learning. It is a place of bookstores and coffee houses, of fine dining and eclectic shopping. It is a place of folk music and old theaters, of Cuban ballet and world-class music, of street-performers and award-winning pizza, of public discourse, and public art. Whatever brings you here, we welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay.

Definitely a good take if you come visit. Plenty of food spots and bars. Go sit in the pit and spark one up. A few cool hotels a short walk down the roads. Mikes has a cannoli shop and an old fashioned news stand

Have been to Boston before, but first time here. Last leg of our trip. Great old building.. shops around and few casual places to eat as well. I did noticed a few homeless people.. a bit sad.

Harvard Square is a whirlwind of activity that is best experienced by watching and joining in. You are surrounded by shops and restaurants, including the famous Harvard Coop. At the center is a well known newsstand that is fun to browse.

A nice evening for walking - for a while. Enjoyed picking up some chocolates from Cardullos and buying a new Panama hat!

It is a nice area to walk around but has nothing to catch your attention. There is a small magazine shop right at the center but is pretty ordinary. There is library nearby which is worth a visit. You can see students who offer to...More

Parking there is difficult and paid in the streets infront the square I would recommend to take the red line and enjoy walking around
