Ended our golden circle tour here and had 2 hours of bliss! The lagoon and complex are much bigger than you might imagine and there are all kinds of little nooks with steam rooms, waterfalls and caves you can chill in. Make sure you upgrade for towels and the wrist bands are very clever, they control your locker and any... More

I stopped at the Blue Lagoon on my way to the airport at the end of my stay in Iceland. I was picked up from my hotel at 7.30 so I got there when it was still nice and quiet which was great. When I was leaving the queues to get in were really long so I would definitely recommend... More

It was one of the most of the overpriced excursion I had. It was crowded, it feels like an oversized swimming pool in Long Island.. the food was mediocre at most.. coffee was bitter.. will not go there again.. loved the geothermal waters though..and if you don't look around at the people around you, just close your eyes and you... Myself and my friend booked to visit Iceland on 15th January with Icelandair. We visited the Blue lagoon on 16th and booked the tour for 12pm. We were picked up by flybus from our hotel and transferred onto a different bus at Reykjavik bus terminal, it then took around 45 mins to get to the lagoon. On arrival before you... More

Although the locker rooms were a little confusing at first, once changed and ready the experience was great. We went at 3pm and the place was busy but not overcrowded. The salt water was the perfect temperature and it was good to be able to get in, indoors. The free face masks were a nice addition. The lagoon was actually... More

A once in a lifetime experience. I'd say if you're coming to Iceland for the first time, this is a must. Try to book your tour straight from the airport if you can.

This place is easily the number 1 place to visit in Iceland! It's nothing like anything you've been to before! Blue Lagoon has everything you need for a totally enjoyable and relaxing day. We went on a -8 Celsius day but this was not a problem as the water is so warm and the steam caves even more so! They... More

Very commercialised but a must do none the less. The temperature of 38 deg. is maintained by the geothermal power plant next door. most enjoyable just to soak in the waters but you can do a face pack which is included in the entry price. There is normally a member of staff who will take a photo and sent it... More

Absolutely loved it here. A unique experience. Bathing in a hot thermal spa whilst its snowing was just amazing. Included in the price is a swim up treatment bar where a complementary face mask is given as well as access to the sauna, steam room, steam bath and a punishing waterfall massage. We opted to upgrade to an extra algae... More

In iceland, there are thousands of lagoons everywhere. This is just a little bigger than the others and they have probably a good marketing department. For example, there was a night bath lagoon aroud Lake Myvatn and much much better than Blue Lagoon. You need to book a ticket maybe a week before and you need to pay almost 70... More
