Great stop for the husbands and sons, ladies! Second floor of tastefully presented full motif thru the decades and war time weapons specific to each era with details and stories to captivate. Well done!

Ample parking at site just behind local army reserve station. Very knowledgeable staff guided us through the museum, which was bigger than I had ever imagined. Civil War through Vietnam. No snacks available for purchase.

We were on our trip to Alaska and saw an advertisement for this museum. It covered the history of the Illinois State National Guard and is on the level of the Smithsonian.
