When we arrived and went in the visitors center (?), there was no one to greet us and explain anything. So, we just walked around inside reading different things and ventured outside and started walking the pathway. About 1/2 hour later we made out way out. The only wildlife we saw were deer tracks,butterflies, birds, dragonflies and the mosquitos found... More

Walk the quiet, flat trails. Enjoy the birds. Talk to the friendly staff and they will give you a tour of the restored historic home.
