We had a very knowledgeable guide. The building and grounds are lovely and very well preserved; parts of the building have been restored to their original state.

Not always fun to have to lobby, but the facility is beautiful and the Police/Security Personnel are polite and professional.

We stopped by here on our way to Chicago! The grayish color dome is quite unique!!! The details in the architecture were just incredible! I just wish we had more time to stop and tour the inside of this beautiful building.

I'm a stranger here myself, but other than these other informative answers, why not just call the Capitol and ask about making specific arrangements?
