The Lincoln National Park is a great part of history, which is sadly, mostly forgotten. They have a beautiful chapel, where they used to allow weddings, I was married there 33 years ago and my son was also married there, 17 years ago. There is...More

It's shaped like a horseshoe and has a wonderful collection of Lincoln's boyhood home, many pictures and lots to read. We used our park pass so no fee to get in. Well worth the trip. They also have his mothers grave and other walking trails.

I really didn't know what to expect when I stopped here kind of on a whim while passing through the area. Boy was I surprised that I ended up spending about three hours walking the trails and investigating the educational materials here. From the visitor...More

As usual, the National Park Service has done a good job. We love to visit our national parks and monuments. A short hop off I-64, makes this an easy place to visit while passing through Southern Indiana. The 15 minute video at the visitor's center...More
