Been here 2 times to see the late George Carlin and Brit Floyd (the best Pink Floyd cover band). Lovely historic theater in the Old Market District.

I have seen the Lion King there and Annie, both were wonderful. Great venue, doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the place. Glad to have this near us.

This is a beautifully restored theatre that I go to as often as I can. Just to sit in it takes you back to a time of splendor and extravaganza not found today.

We have attended several events at the Orpheum and even an average production is special here. As they say "they don't make them like this anymore"

We spent an evening listening to Manheim Steamrollers for 2 hours and thoroughly enjoyed our time there, The variety of the music was very good. Performers some were from Omaha so that made it more interesting.

Beautiful, historical, ornate inside, nothing like it. Always great performances. I love the louge seats or orchestra, but nothing really bad.

I like that it is a smaller venue. Can't really have a bad seat. I saw the Jersey Boys, Blue Man Group and the Yamamoto (?) drummers. It feels intimate.

There is no parking in front of the Orpheum Theatre on 16th street, so you can be dropped off there. The doors open one hour before the show so you can wait inside the lobby for your husband to park the car.
