We were not able to take the tour but the Visitor's Center is well organized informative and everyone is very helpful. There were a number of field trips taking place and the kids seemed to be very interested in everything.

First time ever here. Definitely a destination because it is a long way from everywhere. Fabulous rugged beauty. Good primer on an historic period in the USA.

Very informative displays in the Visitors Center. 45 minute video upstairs is well done showing the construction of the dam, but you must request which movie to watch, there are several. This is an impressive piece of American engineering.

One of my sons visited five years ago and raved about the impressive structure and tour and while I thought I'd tempered my expectations given the off season visit (I knew there would be no summer light show) this tour was extremely disappointing. I'm not...More
