This hole-in-the-wall theater has been producing fabulous local shows for many years. Prices are very reasonable, the venue is small and intimate, the employees are friendly, and they have a beer and wine license and you can take your drinks into the theater with you. If you are not already a regular patron I encourage you to become one. If... More

Showing through October 9, 2016 Cyrano's is hosting the world premier of "The Ticket" by Dick Reichman. It is an imaginary conversation between former Governors Wally Hickel and Jay Hammond; hysterically funny if you know either of the gentlemen or the relationship between the two, perhaps a bit less so if you don't, though enough is explained that a non-Alaskan... While this quaint little theater in Anchorage was at its best, nice, we felt that the "acting" had somehow been missed in the show as each person on stage walked around READING THEIR SCRIPTS! There were only 3 chairs for props, nothing else for a setting! Just 3 people getting up and sitting down! I kept waiting for the show... More

Cyrano's has been doing a play/week on each decade of Alaska Centennial. Amazing integration of newsreels, newspaper reports, politics, arts. Very well done and just plain fun! Give them a try!

Cyrano's always puts on a class act/show. This was a heavy one with good acting, sets, etc. Some are more to my liking, but I like them all, and the theatre is comfortable, cozy, and a friendly atmosphere prevails. It's also located near many fine restaurants and shops, too . .. I recommend the theatre to any of their monthly... More

I love this theatre and am so proud we have it in Anchorage. Small enough to feel at home and large enough to be comfortable.

We've been going to Cyrano's Theatre for many years, and we've had some of the best theatrical experiences there ever. It's a small house, so every seat is prime. The acting/directing/sets are all first rate.

This is a fun theatre where Alaskans are sure to see someone they know in the audience, even though its a small venue. The productions are great for an evening out with visitors to the state or family and friends year round. The punch card is good for 10 shows and doesn't expire and your entire group can use the... For over twenty years, Cyrano's has been Anchorage's premiere theatre company, offering a new show every month. This company has been entertaining visitors and locals alike with top flight theatre presentations from musicals to drama with great success. Alaska has a huge talent base of actors and theatre technicians and most of them have worked at this intimate playhouse. Cyrano's... More

Ok so the space leaves something to be desired but most of the shows are good if not outstanding. This little theater always has something going on. Not an easy feat for a non-profit theater. Will be back in for some shows this summer and fall.
