Would be a great alternative to the space needle for a quick visit if funds were low. On a cute pier where we got dinner the did the Great Wheel.

Not overly expensive for some great views going up and coming down on the great wheel. Three full turns give you enough vistas to take some great photos. They do try to separate you from your money after departing, but this can be avoided.

The great wheel in Seattle is a fantastic way for families or anyone to take in the beautiful views of Puget Sound and downtown Seattle! But what most people don't know is there is a special gondola that has a clear floor and clear walls!...More

We were killing time waiting for our tour to began with Argosy Cruises and noticed the line wasn’t very long for the Great Wheel. The line moved even quicker than I thought it would. I know they have a VIP option and maybe they pack...More

This is a really fun thing to do. It feels only a bit scary once you are at the top, but the views and the experience make it worthwhile. We didn't have "VIP" tickets, but even with regular ones it was a fun thing to...More

We did like the Wheel it Gave us great unobstructed views of the city. Great place to take pictures of Seattle. Drinks that we purchased were very weak and not very tasty.

Loved this ride and were blessed to ride it at sunset even though we didn’t plan it that way. Went aroun 3 times and loved going over the water. Smooth ride with great views.

Early in the day this is very quiet. The time to go is just before sunset when the skies are turning color and you can see both Mt Rainier and Baker from the wheel. Good for families

Fun way to "see" the city. A must-do when visiting the city, right on the waterfront, with the aquarium and Pike Place market are within easy walking distance. Great shops and restaurants abound here too.

The gondolas are enclosed. I have seen children of all ages ride the Wheel. While you're there..don't miss Wings over Washington...a bit spendy...but worth it
