I had heard about the work of Dale Chihuly through PBS programing years ago, but finally got my chance to see some of his art in this wonderful setting. I was travelling with 2 21 year old boys, my son and his friend, and found this was absolutely fabulous for all of us. In fact when we summarized our trip... More

We very much enjoyed the Chihuly Garden and Glass museum this summer, bringing out of town guests on a tour around the Seattle Center. Nestled directly under the Space Needle the exhibit takes you on a journey through the work of one of the Pacific NW's most interesting artists, Dale Chihuly. The exhibit opened 2012 at the former site of... More

This was a must see while in Seattle! We did it along with the Space Needle on the same day. The exhibit was breathtaking with the effects of the lighting.

12 year old had doubts about seeing "glass". She was totally enthralled (as was I). Beautiful beyond words. Dale Chihuly is an exceptional artist and this setting is most complimentary in displaying a portion of his extensive artwork. A must see!

The glasswork is simply magnificent. It is hard to believe it is so beautiful. The path through the exhibit is quite well laid out and easy to follow. There are several rooms to go through with various kinds of glassworks. They are amazing and well worth the admission to meander through and observe the forms and colors. You think at... More

I didn't think I needed to bother. Seemed way overpriced but I promise it was worth every penny. Just beautiful!

Chihuly Garden & Glass is amazing from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Bring your best camera as you won't want to miss a single shot. And don't miss the fact that many of the outdoor glass items reflect beautifully the Space Needle just next door!

It's magical, delightful and inspiring. I visited the Chihuly Garden on a sunny day and was able to see the light dance beautifully through the glass. I am guessing, even a cloudy, overcast day would have it's own magic.

Our family is not big on art or museums, but this is a must see! This was part of the City Pass that we bought, but I would recommend this even without the City Pass. Lot's of unique and beautiful blown glass sculptures

It's really too hard to describe the beauty of the Garden and Glass. A bit of a disappointment in the gift store - there was either the "standard" tourist stuff or the high priced Chihuly items for thousands of dollars. This shouldn't deter one from going to the Gardens and Glass. Would go back if in Seattle.
