Pretty basic exhibits. Very informative and the people that work there are very passionate about their causes. They are very good in helping you understand the Foundations' mission and what they're doing to support their causes.

Well nicely presented exhibits, lots of details, pleasant, if uninspiring interior. The efforts of the Gates Foundation are well defined and, with a large budget, quite impactful on a global scope. So, if you're interested in the challenges facing ordinary people around the world and also interested in learning about the complexity of the efforts the Foundation is undertaking, this... More

My sons and I arrived in time to take a guided tour. We learned how the Gates family distribute theirs money, how they pick who gets funding, why this is important to them, what kind of projects around the world have they funded, etc. It’s a beautiful facility, and the tour was very inspiring.

This no charge visitor centre, located near the Space Needle and across from the MoPop (formerly EMP) was well-worth the trip. There was no gift shop or any other appeals for donations of any kind, just wonderfully inspirational ideas about how we can all do our part to change the world and make it a better place for all our... Well designed, interactive exhibit that details the many programs the foundation has in place. They even explain the process by which they decide where to direct their efforts. You simply can not visit and not feel inspired!

Hands-on displays, short films and no pressure questions about our responsibility to help improve the world. This didn't feel preachy, but encouraging. You feel good when you leave but also motivated to change the world (in even a small way) for the better.

The Visitors Center explains the multitude of programs sponsored by the Gates Foundation. There are interactive modules, focused on engaging school children and visitors of all ages, video clips, and opportunities for visitors to share their ideas. Tours of the foundation are given in the afternoon. In a word: Inspirational!

A closer look into what Mrs. and Mr. Gates are up to in the name of charity. It was an honor to have visited this place. This place is quiet and clean. Casual tourist attire will blend fine here. Not very far from space needle. It is a must-see attraction.

An amazing example of how a small group of dedicated people can impact the world by giving back to communities in the challenge to improve living standards for under priviledged.
