delicious but expensive

We saw the variety of chocolates Fran's had and bought some and they were very goid. Service was good but be forewarned that the chocolate is expensive

Great chocolate, especially the darkest, which is fruity with with an incredible mouth feel.. Nice people behind the counter, and the sample was a wonderful bonus.

I was in a hurry to catch the ferry, but wanted to get some chocolate for my wife. I rush into the store and talk to the gentleman behind the counter. I say, "I have a budget of $20.00 and am in a hurry. What can I get?" He shows me a good package. I end up (not due to... More

They have delicious chocolate! Definitely try the single malt whiskey. A 5-piece box only runs around $12 so it's totally worth it!

DO NOT go here TOO often!! it is addictive. The salted caramels are truly fabulous. The shop is cool and light and very attractive and connected to the Four Seasons hotel. Most days you get offered one free caramel, truly awful because once you have tasted one, you will buy some!

Really good salted caramels, but also $$. I'm glad they gave out free samples right away, and I've been enjoying the small box I spring for for the last few weeks (one at a time only!) Worth a stop for chocolate lovers. I also got 4 truffles from the case and all were AH-mazing! I loved the orange one the... More

Well you know when what you are likely to get when you have a chocolate store attached and in a Four Season's hotel. Expensive and Great. Very attractive and they come at you with free samples. Come to me Moma! :) You don't have to buy anything, but it does look all so good....

This is one of those places that every chocoholic has to make a pilgrimage to. The retail shops are wonderful, but in Georgetown Fran's has their production facility that also has a retail component and a viewing area. This is where the pilgrims need to assemble.

Located next to the Four Seasons on 1st Street, I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the Pike Place market area. I purchased the small box for $22 (including tax). Splitting this box with my husband was better than any dessert that we could have purchased at a restaurant that night. (I wish I could say that I... More
