A paddle wheeler around Lake Union in the heart of Seattle is an ejoyable event. The Queen of Seattle cruises the entire shoreline of the lake & in the northwest corner exits through a canal to Salmon Bay where it turns around & heads back to dock. Many great things to see from all decks. There is a good list... More

Not many of these boats left. Took my daughter for a cruise and she just loved it. The crew and cast dress up and really play their parts well, which makes the cruise just that much more fun. They put on a show inside during the cruise or you can just enjoy the view of the waterway.

I feel guilty writing this review and giving an average grade due to the enthusiasm of other reviewers. First the positives. I had a groupon for $19.00 each which was all its money. The people/staff could not be nicer. The riverboat was well maintained and clean. The klondike show performers were energetic. The man who played the steam Cailope out... More

While the weather helped a lot by being nice, the cruise was very enjoyable. The onboard staff was very corteous and the narrative was informative and clear. The vessel sailed on time and returned as scheduled. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Kinda lifeless, low energy feel. The crowd all had been members of AARP for the last 30 years, they thoroughly enjoyed the old time music at the show. Our hostess guiding our tour was very knowledgable about Seattle and gave a good tour, even us that have lived here all our lives learned something. Food prices were in the 6... More

The Queen of Seattle paddlewheel cruise is a nostalgic hoot, a job well crafted! Comfy and entertaining for all ages, it involves food and drink, piano, caliope and live Klondike-era performances. The route is simple and the narrative, very informative, even for locals.

Definitely a tourist attraction worth doing. Fun to see Seattle from a different view. Enjoy a beverage and dream of life on a houseboat. Fun to see the "Sleepless in Seattle house". Staff are friendly and helpful too. Arrive early to get a good seat.

If you are a visitor to Seattle, this is a nice 2-hr. tour of Lake Union. Beginning at the south end of the lake, the boat passes houseboats and ventures up the canal to the locks with historical narration provided. If you are a native of the area, it is a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours, particularly... More
