Fun for toddlers

I came with the 2 year old I nanny and had a great time. Kids are free when they are under 3, so we just had to buy my ticket. For a toddler, they have a play area with a water... read more

I already reviewed the PSC, 2.5 years ago. Fast forward to this year, and another visit to Seattle. I purchased a membership and my 4 kids (7-13) spent all day here (10a-5p), and we returned the next day to finish and spent 10a-4pm here. The live science shows and the enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff are truly gems. From setting things on... More

The Pacific Science Center is an enormous facility; you probably can't see the whole thing in one visit. It spans several buildings, has live demos throughout the day, and has a vast variety of science-oriented interactive displays. There is also a great indoor play area if the kids need to blow off some steam. We were particularly taken by the... More

My family loves the Pacific Science Center! We went most recently this past weekend for the train exhibit, and it didn't disappoint. My kids love the dinosaur exhibit the most, but also enjoy the water exhibits a lot too. It's a large space, so the kids get some activity from just moving around the museum, plus everything is pretty interactive.... More

I had just seen the "Journey Through Time" documentary and "Star Wars - Rogue One" and apparently my cell phone fell out of my coat pocket in the Boeing IMAX theater . . . I didn't realize this fact until I got home and looked for my phone. A very friendly fellow, Daniel, answered my phone when I called my... More

We visited the PSC with our 5 year old son for about 3 hours....we needed at least twice that to have been able to visit the planetarium, the IMAX and spend enough time at all of the exhibits. We watched the "super cold" presentation which was very entertaining as well as educational! I highly recommend the PSC for families with... More

I came with the 2 year old I nanny and had a great time. Kids are free when they are under 3, so we just had to buy my ticket. For a toddler, they have a play area with a water table that we could have easily spent an hour at and then we ventured through the bug World and... More

Great for younger kids - through Middle School, early HS. My 19 & 23 year old found it interesting but not geared to their ages!

There is so much to see and do. Take your young children/grandchildren, or go alone. But do take the time and time it will take. Don't try to do this in an hour. Plan a for several hours or more especially if you add the IMAX to your trip

This place has a little something for everyone, from a few shows to dinosaurs to a butterfly garden to hands-on experiences. Get a ticket to I-Max or the Planetarium and you can check out the Science Center without paying extra. Great family thing to do.

This place is good for young children and families. A lot of the stuff to do is geared for kids. It is though very fun and educational! There's stuff for adults to learn and see as well. The butterfly garden is always a hit. It's also where the IMAX theater is at. And I must say it's a great theater.... More
