We were on a Major Marine Tour of the National Park and this was the second glacier we saw. The boat captain pulled up very close to the glacier, and turned the boat a couple of times so everyone on board could enjoy the magnificent...More

Thoroughly recommend a trip to see this glacier. Its powerful and beautiful. Loved the crew on the catamaran. The water was rough and people were throwing up but the staff remained calm and UNBELIEVABLY wonderful. Very compassionate and willing to help.

One of the glacier stops on the Kenai Fjords National Park Tour. It is huge and worth seeing. The calving is awesome

We visited this on the Kenai Fjords Boat Tour, but you can actually walk on it on one of the helicopter tours.

After cruising through thick fog for most of our day cruise out, the sky turned miraculously clear and blue as we approached Holgate. Stunningly beautiful, and a very nice cruise with Major Marine.

visited this glacier as part of a boat trip out of Seward. You can get pretty close up and it is a stunning sight. Worth the trip.

Fun glacier to check out via fjord cruise, great narration. Kids enjoyed it. The little two year old wouldn’t let me go inside the cruise because she was enjoying the gusty ocean winds of the outdoors so much

Kenai Fjord Tours gave us enough time to take lots of pictures and to see/hear calving of the glacier!

We took Major Marine Tours to the glacier. The colors, the sound of calving ice crashing into the water make the trip worthwhile.

This glacier is incredible. Beautiful blue colour with sapphire coloured fingers and spikes within it. It's stunning! You just want to look at it and look at it again. Stunning. We were on the Gacier Express ship with Captain Sarah at the helm.
