This is one of two glaciers we visited on a Major Marine Tour. We were fortunate to see minor calving of this glacier. Beautiful sight.

Go see this glacier before it is too far from the water to see. Absolutely stunning and we were lucky enough to watch this glacier calve for almost a half hour. The sound it makes when doing that is magical. Absolutely beautiful.

If you take a inlet water cruise make sure that it takes you out to see this glacier it is spectacular and well worth the money. Also saw numerous marine wildlife.

The entire Major Marine Tour was wonderful, but watching and listening to the glaciers calve was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The glacier visit was part of our small boat whale watching tour with Alaska Saltwater Lodge Small Boat Tours. It was a beautiful part of an amazing day.

We went to the Holgate Glacier on our Kenai Fjord boat ride. So beautiful. A must see. There was a very cold wind at the time but this was a wonder to see.

The day after hiking up to the Harding Ice Field at Exit Glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park, we chartered a boat seeing tour and viewed a glacier from a very different and up close perspective, I recommend doing both
