Learned a lot - everyone who visits Seward must go here. Just enough material to read about and fun stuff to see - touch - learn.

I love to bring kids here. There’s plenty to do and see. Great to get the kids moving inside out of the weather. The sea lions will keep them entertained for a good while.

We had a wonderful trip to Seward, and LOVED the SeaLife Center. The Pacific Octopus was amazing and HUGE. The birds were a treat as I wasn't even thinking about birds at a SeaLife Center, but there were Puffins and Kittiwakes and other sea birds!...More

We make the trip down a couple times a year. It’s nice to see how the regular animals are coming along. It’s great to see the rescue animals as well. They had a rescued baby beluga this time. Once he’s healthy enough, he will be...More

This is a truly incredible facility that combines education, research, animal care and rehabilitation, and inspiration beautifully. I highly recommend visiting here and supporting this organization.

Contact the Alaska Sealife Center directly. I believe they have regularly scheduled behind the scenes tours, but probably do them on special requests also. The staff is very informative and available for questions.
