We saw the movie "The Gentlemen" last night here listed as 7pm start. I guesstimate they played at least 15-20 actual commercials then a bunch of previews so the actual show started at 7:35pm. This company "Regal Theatres" won't be in buisness much longer i'm sure. Customer service was non existant more like emotionless robots i guess hard to feel motivated in a buisness on the downturn. Younger people would never go to the trouble of making their way to the theatre and all those comercials forced on you when you could just watch it on demand in the comfort of your own living room. …

This Regal theatre has an ongoing issue with customer service. They seem to be short on help and most of the ones there are well versed in good customer service. Lines for tickets and concessions move slowly.It is acceptable as far as cleanliness. Theatre seats are comfortable. Popcorn isn’t very fresh tasting. Given a choice, I’d go to the other Regal at Keauhou.…

WTF?! If it says on the marquee that a film stats at 7, I expect it to start NO LATER than 7:15! A full 25 minutes plus of commercials and previews is super tacky. People go to movies to see the movie sans commercials... having to wait an extra half hour for the movie to start so whoever can cram their stupid commercials down your throat is beyond uncalled for. Do yourselves a favor and add 25-30 minutes to the start time so you aren’t in a bad mood by the time you movie starts. I was in the process of walking out, but decided since I’d spent so much time there I’d give one last look. Just in time to miss the beginning. Slow. Clap... can the crap and stick to movies!…

Nice place to see a movie...kind of hidden...location...Enjoyed the 3D option and having warm snack food and popcorn which was really good!
