Tiny plane, lovely views

I flew from Kona to Maui and this fight was the cheapest on offer. I had no problems with check-in, they even got us on the earlier flight as we arrived so early for check-in. My... read more

It is unbelievable to me that in 2017, 27 years after the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was passed, there are still companies that function like Mokulele does. We booked our entire Hawaiian vacation through a third-party company and had little trouble ensuring that the hotels included in the package would be able to accommodate my husband's accessibility needs. We... More

The person at the counter was very friendly and helpful. It was nice not having to fight your way though the airport crowds and long TSA lines. The plane was tiny. You could not stand up in it. There was only 1 seat on each side of the isle. If you have a small child that needs to sit right... More

Quick boarding, nice staff, lovely pilot and less than 10 minutes after landing we were on our way to the car rental. Everybody has a window seat. So it's easy to take pictures. and make videos.

inbound flight to Maui was OK. outbound was high noon robbery. we had a flight out of Maui at 5; rain was pouring. fearing cancellation of the last flight out, we asked to be put on 2:20 flight. we were charged 107USD extra for this. at 2:50 I went to check on the flight status; the buy behind the counter... This is a great little commuter airline. Except for Honolulu, there is no TSA so you don't have all the hassle that brings. They are small Cessna Caravans, but you get great views and great flight crews and service. So much easier and less expensive than Hawaiian for Interisland.

I flew from Kona to Maui and this fight was the cheapest on offer. I had no problems with check-in, they even got us on the earlier flight as we arrived so early for check-in. My advice is arrive about 45 mins before check-in as there is no security, border control etc. There is a toilet and vending machine but... More

I booked a flight from Honolulu to West Maui. My original flight was cancelled and I was bumped to the next flight without any notice. So I ended up showing up at the airport 3 hours early and not even the check in attendant mentioned I was moved to a different flight. I finally found out I was moved when... More

Hubbie found a deal on Monkulele airlines from West Maui to Honolulu so we could see Pearl Harbor. Flight both ways was easy with beautiful views. Both co-pilots were women. Check in easy (no TSA). Small plane with one seat on each side. No complaints and we'll definitely use them again.

We are residents of the Big Island so it was wonderful to try out Mokulele. No TSA! No parking fees! No long lines! And added to all this it's a low flying plane so the views are wonderful! Only complaint is that we were told to arrive an hour early when clearly others on our plane arrived 15 minutes prior... More

We were a little nervous about flying on such a small plane. Our flight to the Big Island was at night, so we couldn't see anything, but the process was great not having to go through security and just walk to the plane and get on. Our return flight to Maui was at noon but we were there early and... More
