According to their Facebook page they have closed for good since November​ 2016. It looks like it was a good shop, but you will have to go else where. Manta Ray Divers/Charlie's seems to be the cheapest for the manta rays and blackwater diving.

Small boat with 2 terrific people. Highly recommended! Grown daughters have been certified for 17 years, but no dives recently. Steve made them comfortable, and they loved the experience. Thank you.

I am just a customer of theirs but i don't think they rent cameras...but give them a call.
