This beach was only minutes from our hotel and totally worth the visit. I was happy that it had a lifeguard onsite too.

This pretty white sand beach is located right in Kona. It has flushable bathrooms, volleyball net, and close to the other Kona attractions (shopping, restaurants, etc). As beautiful as the rest of the island, this is a beach worth visiting!

Nice little beach but can get very crowded so go early to stake out a spot! The water can be a little rough (had some trouble keeping the derriere covered) and when we were here there were king tides so there wasn't a lot of...More

We went swimming and surprised ourselves with a friendly visit from the turtles who just happen to chill around with no worries of the people surrounding them. We went there twice and both times there were turtles and fishes. Amazing

This is a great little beach spot with white sand and really accessible snorkeling. We understand the currents can be quite something here, but they were not when we were there. There was a sea turtle that just sort of hung out the whole day...More

This spot is super awesome!! The water is light blue and crystal clear! The waters can be gentle and sweet - then other times quite strong. The sand disappears when the waves are strong -exposing the rocks underneath - so make sure you pay attention...More

The white sands and blue turquoise water gets your attention. When you do get in, the water likes to take you in. My husband was pulled in by the sharp current and had hard time coming out. He lost his watch, struggling to come out....More

Small beach area, but incredible view. Powerful waves the day we went. Go early because it fills up fast after 11am. There a big parking area across the road.
