More
The Starfish Diving Center is situated since 1996 in Vrsar at the Autocamp Porto Sole directly by the sea and is only a 10 minutes walk away from the city center. Our daily activities include boat trips to the surrounding wrecks and reefs as well as shore diving in the Lim Fjord and on our beach. As a PADI Gold Palm Resort we offer divers education for beginners and advancers according to the standards of PADI.The picturesque fishing village Vrsar is situated on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, near the estuary of the national park Lim Fjord. In Roman times called Ursaria, it was for hundreds of years a region of fishermen and farmers, and known for its good oil, wine and salt. Today Vrsar is an internationally renowned holiday resort, with countless visitors every year.In the surrounding coastal waters are 18 small islands, which offer not only a beautiful scenery but also wonderful diving sites.
