I have only ever seen this type of ice building on the TV, so this was a first for me. There are some really good carvings cut into the walls of the ice bar, and with the coloured lights it looks amazing. Only down side was very loud music and the entrance was a bit hazardous, several people fell over... More

you need to go up the Ahorn mountain to see this fantastic Ice Bar. Super wall sculptures, bar on the outside but have a schnapps inside as well and sit and take in the sculptures.

Unusual bar at the top of the Ahorn lift - an igloo filled with ice carvings, tables made from polished ice and bench seating with fur skins over. Miniature 'Secco' Prosecco was served ice cold (as expected). Great music inside and outside, and also thoughtfully placed deckchairs and beanbags to enjoy the sunshine. Well worth a visit.

It's free to wander about and they offer guided tours at no cost. This whole structure is made from snow and when you look at the intricate carvings on the inside of the rooms you'll be amazed. Very cold inside (obviously) but worth a tour if you are in the area.

Loved the Igloo Ice bar....was a definite welcome spotting this unusual pub after a few long ski sessions. The atmosphere is great....the Glühwein the best I have tasted so far. Beautiful views and you can just relax in the sun loungers available

If you need a drink with a nice vue, the sun in your face with some nice tunes on the backround you need to go to the white lounge. If the weather is not that fine go inside it's pretty amazing and cosy to.

Really nice place… the igloo is huge, with sculptures and funny low-relief carved in the snow, tables and recess. You can have a (definitely cold –no need of a fridge!) beer, or a soft drink, and maybe a few peanuts. Not a large choice, but it’s definitely worth a visit. Music and nice staff – easily accessible from the top... More

Loved the whole experience, sitting in an igloo with my beer on an ice table, love all the snow sculptures on the walls. It's just a bar but you have to see it
